1. The service
PerfShield audits publicly reachable websites for performance and technical SEO, and produces a report with a suggested roadmap. Results are measurements at a point in time and may differ from other tools.
2. Acceptable use
You must only submit URLs you are authorised to test. Automated scraping of PerfShield, attempts to bypass rate limits, or submitting internal/private addresses is prohibited. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
3. Plans and billing
Free accounts are limited to 3 audits per IP per day. Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcome. Reports are advisory and do not constitute professional engineering or legal advice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or place unreasonable load on the service.
